Questa notte si sono tenuti gli Emmy 2024, (ma in realtà 2023, perché rimandati da settembre per via dello sciopero degli attori), con un super dominio, come da previsioni, per  “The Bear” e “Succession”, che hanno portato a casa rispettivamente 6 premi. Molto bene anche la miniserie “Beef” con  5 premi, male invece “Better Call Saul”, “Ted Lasso”  e “The Last Of Us”.

Emmy 2024 dominano “The Bear” e “Succession”

Come anticipato, “The Bear e “Succession” hanno dominato questa edizione, vincendo rispettivamente 6 premi.

“The Bear”, dopo il trionfo ai Golden Globes 2024, alla serie tv prodotta da FX e distribuita in Italia da Disney+, sono stati consegnati sei premi: miglior serie comedy; miglior attore protagonista in una serie comedy a Jeremy Allen White; miglior attrice non protagonista in una comedy a Ayo Edebiri; miglior attore non protagonista in una comedy a Ebon Moss-Bachrach; miglior sceneggiatura e miglior regia in una serie comedy a Christopher Storer. “Succession”, in italia distribuita da Sky, vince il suo terzo premio come miglior serie drammatica, insieme ai premi come miglior attore e miglior attrice in una serie drammatica per Kieran Culkin e Sarah Snook, per l’attore non protagonista Matthew Macfadyen e per la migliore sceneggiatura drammatica e regia.

I flop della serata sono sicuramente “Ted Lasso”, di solito premiatissima che ha portato a casa 2 premi minori (per il miglior attore guest star e per la miglior musica originale), così come “Better Call Saul”, che se ne va senza essere minimamente considerata dalla Television Academy.
