Sono arrivate anche le nomination dei New York Game Awards, i premi assegnati dal NY Videogame Critics Circle. Questa volta anche Starfield è incluso in una categoria nella quale è mancato ai TGA 2023.
New York Game Awards 2024: anche Neil Druckmann riceverà un premio speciale
Con l’edizione del 2024, i New York Game Awards arrivano a ben 13 anni di premiazioni. Questa edizione avrà luogo presso l’SVA Theatre di Manhattan il 23 gennaio 2024, durante la quale anche Neil Druckmannm, CEO di Naughty Dog, riceverà un riconoscimento molto prestigioso, l’Andrew Yoon Legeng Award. Per quanto riguarda i videogiochi abbiamo invece 14 diverse categorie, ognuna rappresentata da un nome di un monumento o luogo celebri di New York. Baldur’s Gate 3 domina anche questi awards con 6 candidature, seguito da Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty e Alan Wake 2 con 5.
